We were buying a home in Molalla and mold showed up on the inspection report two days before closing. I called Steve Grant Plumbing - Fast Save Test in a panic. My Molalla restaurant was flagged for mold during a health inspection. Called Steve Grant Plumbing - Fast Save Test that morning. Crew on-site by noon, affected prep area contained without shutting down the full kitchen, clean clearance report before my reinspection. Saved us from a week-long closure. They understood exactly what was at stake.
Called Steve Grant Plumbing - Fast Save Test for a Molalla crawl space inspection after heavy rain flooding. They found early-stage mold before it spread, treated it, encapsulated the crawl space, and the follow-up test was clean. Catching it early saved me from a much bigger remediation cost. Should have scheduled an inspection sooner.
